The scholarship program has been in effect since 1968. Since then ORRCC has given over $11,500 in scholarships for more than $4,000,000. It is a one-time scholarship available to rural high school* graduates entering any private or public college or technical school in Oklahoma. The scholarships are due to ORRC by April 15th. The amount of this scholarship is based on the number of applications received and financial need of the student. The amount of scholarships will generally range from $250 to $750. We attempt to give the maximum available.
