This service provides you access to a powerful scholarship database. This service is provided free of charge. We will do our best to make your experience a pleasurable one. However, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other service interruptions. For this reason, you agree that our services, including the services of our third party service providers, are provided "AS IS." We cannot assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to You or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.

You agree to protect and fully compensate us and our service providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of the terms or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.

All matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be governed by U.S. federal law or the laws of the State of California, excluding that body of laws known as conflicts of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it is, to that extent, deemed omitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Any notices related to this agreement need to be given in writing to one another at our address below, or any new address that is given in such a notice. This agreement is the entire understanding between you and us about the services.

This service does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to match you to specific scholarships. At your option you may provide an email address to have matched scholarships emailed to you.

Any information you provide to use the service is NOT shared with outside parties. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
