Marsh Scholarship Fund
Purpose:		To assist Eastern Surfing Association (ESA) student surfers.
Eligibility:		Applicants must be current ESA members. Transcripts, a recommendation letter, purpose letters and applications are required. The award is based on academics and citizenship, not athletic ability.
