Those interested in applying for scholarships through the community foundation will complete an application online. Below is a list of of the applications and application periods.

Simple steps to apply:
1. Visit Scholarship Apply Page
2. Create an account (if you don’t already have one)
3. Take the Eligibility Quiz – for the General Scholarships (65+ scholarships) – opens 11/27/2023
4. Compete application(s) – you must complete the 2024 CFNC Main Application as well.
5. Submit by Jan. 18, 2024 at 11 pm.

2024 General Scholarship Application*
(for over 65 named scholarship opportunities for high school and college/adult students)
Nov. 27, 2023 to Jan. 18, 2024 at 11 pm.
*Take the Eligibility Quiz to be matched with scholarships being offered. If matched, applicants are encouraged to first complete the 2024 CFNC Main Application. If not matched, you are still encouraged to complete the 2024 CFNC Main Application, in case other opportunities are added.
Julia Atz Scholarship (classical music performance or conducting)
Nov. 27, 2023 to May 20, 2024.
Max and Elizabeth Roesler Memorial Scholarship (non-traditional adult)
Nov. 27, 2023 to Jan. 18, 2024 at 11 pm.
Note: If you are an adult applying for this scholarship and the General Scholarships you will need to submit two (2) references for the Max and Elizabeth Roesler Memorial Scholarship AND two (2) for the General Scholarship. They can be the same reference, but they will have to submit the forms twice.

2024 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship
July 27, 2023 to Sept. 7, 2023 at 11 pm.
The 2024 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship application will open on July 27, 2023. The deadline to apply will be September 7, 2023, at 11 pm. The Noble County scholarship recipient will receive four years of full-tuition, required-fees and book stipend for up to four years.
Criteria for the 2024 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship
To apply, students must be a high school senior residing in Noble County and be on track to graduate from an accredited Indiana high school by the end of June 2024. These students must also plan to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited public or private nonprofit college or university in Indiana. Applicants will be required to complete three essays, submit two references, and must have a high school grade point average of at least a 3.80 on a 4.00 scale at time of application. Applicants may not round up their GPA. Additionally, applicants must show evidence of community service, volunteerism, extracurricular activities, any work experience, and leadership roles.
