AACT’s aim is support both those working in the confectionery technology industry, as well as students with that goal in mind. The distinguished Stroud Jordan Award recognizes outstanding contributions by individuals working in the field. The John Kitt Memorial Scholarship rewards dedicated students who show excellence in many activities including, but not limited to, research projects, work experience and formal study.
