    Eligibility: Applicants must be interested and eligible to become commissioned officers. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better; an unofficial transcript with the official signature of the executive officer; a completed and validated Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) no later than the relevant academic year and enrolled in a program of study that meets the needs of the Armed Services.
