Eligibility: Applicants must participate or have participated in grades 9, 10 or 11 in at least one of the sports recognized by the International Olympic Committee in the Summer and Winter Olympic Games, the Paralympic Games or the National Federation of State High School Association. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a leader in school and their community and serve as a role model for underclassmen.

Eligibility: Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, plan to attend an accredited U.S. four year college or university as a full-time student for the entire academic year and have a B GPA. Applicants must have studied for at least five years one or more of the Chinese martial arts including Kung Fu, Wu Shu or Tai Chi. Selection is based on achievement in academics and martial arts, recommendations, work experience, educational and career goals and leadership in school and community activities.
How to apply: Applications are available online. An application form, an essay, official transcripts covering the previous two years, a recommendation letter from current or most recent Sifu and a recommendation letter from a teacher, counselor or advisor are required.
Eligibility: Applicants must be former or current ATA Martial Arts students or those pursuing an education in fitness or health. Students must have a minimum B average. One application form is completed to apply for all of the college's scholarships. An essay, a letter of recommendation and a current transcript are required.
Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens between the ages of 18 and 24 and have a bachelor's degree at the time of the award. The awards provide for two to three years of study at the University of Oxford including educational costs and other expenses. Selection is extremely competitive and is based on literary and scholastic achievements, athletic achievement and character.

Eligibility: Applicants must have studied a martial art for more than two years and currently be practicing. Selection is based on the merit of a required paper between 3,000 and 10,000 words describing how martial arts training has affected the applicant's personal growth.
How to apply: Applicants must request scholarship funds via regular mail by providing name, address, purpose of funds and amount of funds requested. Applicants should also provide martial arts training history to include dates of training, instructor, style of martial arts, history of the martial art being studied and any letter of recommendation from instructors.
