    Eligibility: Applicants must be residents of the Great Lakes Bay Region (Bay, Midland or Saginaw County) pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students who are First Congregational Church (FCC) members will be given preference. Applicants must submit letters of recommendation, a recent school transcript, a completed FAFSA, an essay and a special attachment or membership verification information.

  • Arvin Union Congregational Church Scholarship Fund
    March 7
    Sponsor: Kern Community Foundation

    Eligibility: Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from Kern County with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Students must be members of a union congregational church and when completing the application, students will be considered for all of the scholarships awarded by the foundation.

    Eligibility: Applicants must be members of Mystic Congregational Church, must have full-time college enrollment, academic achievement, recommendations from school personnel, extra-curricular activities, a demonstrated desire to help other people and must have a demonstrated financial need to receive the scholarship.

    Eligibility: Applicants must attend high school as graduating seniors or be undergraduate students at Grove City College or Geneva College. Students must have some employment experience and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.8 for incoming freshmen/ rising sophomores or 3.0 for rising undergraduate juniors and seniors. Students must be a student who attends and is active in their local church and preference will be given to those who are affiliated with an Allegheny District Free Church.
